This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics, and loads nothing from third parties; the fonts and images are served from this site. Nothing about your visit is tracked or recorded.

The enquiry form

The enquiry form does not send anything to this website or to any third-party service. It opens your own email app with the details filled in, and nothing is sent until you press send. That means your information goes directly tohayley.berry3@hotmail.co.uk and nowhere else.

What is kept, and for how long

If you enquire, book or attend an appointment, contact details and any relevant health information are kept for as long as necessary to provide treatment and to meet insurance and record-keeping obligations. Records relating to treatments are kept confidentially and are not shared for marketing.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where there is no legal reason to keep it. Email hayley.berry3@hotmail.co.uk and it will be dealt with.

If you are not happy with how a request has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office atico.org.uk.

Photographs

Photographs of clients appear on this site and on social media only with permission. If you have previously agreed and would like an image removed, just ask, and it will be taken down without any fuss.
