Booking terms

These terms are a draft pending confirmation. Anything specific (deposits, notice periods, travel) will be confirmed in writing when you book.

Consultations

All treatments begin with a consultation, and treatment only goes ahead if it is suitable for you. You are never under any obligation to proceed. Treatments are for over-18s only, and proof of age may be requested.

Patch tests

Where a patch test is required, such as for semi-permanent makeup in particular, it must be done at least 48 hours beforehand. Appointments cannot go ahead without it, and this is not negotiable.

Weddings

Wedding dates are held once a deposit is received. Deposits secure the date and are non-refundable, because a held date turns other bookings away. The balance is due before or on the day, as agreed.

Final numbers for the bridal party should be confirmed in good time, as the morning's timings are built around them.

Cancellations and changes

Please give as much notice as you can if you need to move or cancel an appointment. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may mean a deposit is required for future bookings.

Aftercare

Aftercare advice is given at your appointment and is part of the treatment, not an optional extra. Results depend on it being followed.
